Marshall's extensive experience and unwavering dedication to improving mental health care and community support make him a valuable asset to the Care Solace team.

In his role, Marshall will be responsible for enhancing the integration of Care Solace's vast network of clinical and community partners, ensuring excellence in care quality and accessibility for the communities we serve.

Marshall holds an executive MBA in healthcare management, and he is a licensed psychotherapist. He previously served as the founding Chief Executive Officer of Be Well OC, where he played a pivotal role in developing a world-class care system for Orange County residents. His commitment to this cause extended to his service as a commissioner for the Orange County Commission to End Homelessness.
