Mithal is an experienced product management leader who has dedicated her career to working with teams to reinvent mental health care using the most advanced data science to deliver personalized care on demand.

Mithal will oversee a wide range of priorities including managing workflows and helping integrate customer experience teams' data into the network. She will also lead a product team that coordinates with providers and social service networks nationwide.
Founded in 2017, Care Solace has grown its network to more than 400K K+ providers serving more than 450+ organizations in the public and private sectors. The company has also expanded internally and is poised to continue to broaden its network for the remainder of the year.

Before joining the Care Solace team, Mithal worked as senior director of product management for Headspace Health (formerly known as Ginger) and before that, she was senior product manager at Linkedin. She attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where she earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
